Bhagya Lakshmi is continuing to entertain its viewers with its intense planning and plotting, which always interfere with Rishi and Lakshmi’s love life. Malishka and Kiran are back with their evil plans to destroy Lakshmi and her chance to live a peaceful life with Rishi.

Malishka is hungry for revenge on Lakshmi after she and Shalu tried to expose Malishka’s pregnancy secret in front of the entire family. She joins hands with her mother, Kiran and decides to blackmail Balwinder into becoming a part of the plan where they will hurt Lakshmi.

Balwinder turns into a puppet moving on the directions of Malishka and Kiran as they have something against him, which can lead him to serious trouble. With an opportunity at hand, Malishka and Kiran weave a plan to kill Lakshmi’s unborn child.

Lakshmi comes to the hospital for a checkup, and she is followed by Malishka and Kiran, who hire people to keep an eye on Lakshmi during the checkup. Balwinder refuses to do anything that will harm Lakshmi, but Malishka convinces him by saying that only Lakshmi’s child will end up dying because of their plan.

Shalu, Rishi, and Aayush come to Lakshmi's rescue

Malishka and Kiran plan to release poisonous gas inside the room where Lakshmi is getting her checkup, which will poison her womb. Lakshmi will surely lose her baby after she inhales that poisonous gas, which will only leave Malishka and her baby as the contenders for the next generation of Rishi’s family.

With the plan ready and Balwinder preparing to carry it out, Shalu comes to the hospital followed by Rishi and Aayush. Shalu worries about Lakshmi as she is not being able to find her sister anywhere at the hospital. Rishi asks Shalu to calm down as they will get to Lakshmi in no time with the help of the hospital staff.

Will Balwinder actually carry out the plan on Malishka and Kiran’s command to hurt Lakshmi? Will Rishi, Shalu, and Aayush be able to find Lakshmi before its too late?
