Gaurav Khanna became an overnight sensation with his character Anuj Kapadia in Star Plus’ superhit show Anupama. He is often addressed as the green flag of the industry as his character in the show inspired millions of men how to fall in love and stay faithful to the wife and lover at any cost. Gaurav left the show with an open end as his charter was never shown dead and this gave the viewers a hope that their favourite Anuj Kapadia might return back one day.
Gaurav after exiting Anupama participated in two reality show and luckily won both the show, Celebrity Master Chef and Bigg Boss season 19. In the last reality show Gaurav Khanna won the heart of his audience as he proved that one doesn’t need to shout scream and fight to get noticed by people and without making personal attacks on people one can still become the winner of the show.
He was one of the most bullied contestants of the show but his calmness and respectful behaviours also win the heart of Host Salman Khan who offered to work with Gaurav Khanna soon leaving the rest of the house fuming in jealousy. Gaurav Khanna has also started vlogging as he wants to be in touch with his fans.
In his recent Vlog Gaurav revealed that soon he is collaborating with Rajan Shahi the maker of Anupama for an interesting new project. He also confirmed that he is going a new show and is not going to enter Anupama in near future. He was also seen giving some insight about his new project. He revealed that he will be in a very different avatar and his audience is going to enjoy the quirky role.
As per the sources Gaurav had to face a lot of trolling during his trip to Dubai as he was seen mimicking Drama queen Tanya Mittal. However, Neha cleared that Gaurav was given a task to mimic Tanya and hence he sportingly performed the task. He is also been targeted by media due to his wife Akansha’s weird dancing and netizens have made many derogatory comments on the lovely couple.
