Shilpa Shetty launches Shilpa Shetty App yoga programs for over 50 Years old
Actress Shilpa Shetty has launched her app which is the initiative to promote health and fitness for the old age persons of 50 years old or above.
Taking to the Instagram, Shilpa Shetty shared the good news of her app launch.
Adding more to the caption, Shilpa Shetty says that after living with her mom and mother-in-law during the lockdown, she has realized how bodies react differently to stress and physical activity after 50.
She also adds that when we cross a certain age, our bodies demand activities that help us stay active and agile. Thus she has decided to launch her latest program for 50 years old and above on the Shilpa Shetty app.
