Upen Patel makes official statement of break up with Karishma Tanna
A while back there were rumors about Karishma Tanna and Upen Patel ending their relationship.
While neither of them had given their confirmation earlier on, the latest update is that Upen has officially announced his break up with Karishma on twitter.
Upen has written a message stating that he and Karishma have agreed to part ways and are thankful for the love and appreciation that they have got.
Later Upen posted another tweet where he said that he has come to know Karishma’s true colors.
Upen states reason for not being able to move forward in relationship with Karishma
Upen further stated that the foundation of his and Karishma’s relation is broken and therefore they cannot move forward together.
Let’s wait and see whether Karishma chooses to react to Upen’s statement.
Karishma and Upen shot to fame when they started dating on reality show Bigg Boss 8.
