Aarambhi has made a very big decision that will change everything for her family. She is tired of letting her dreams fade away while she stays at home. She wants to be a doctor again and she is ready to do whatever it takes. But there is a huge problem standing in her way and his name is Vishwas.
We all know how Vishwas can be when things do not go his way. Aarambhi knows this better than anyone else. She is worried that if he finds out she is practicing medicine again he will make her life a living nightmare.
