Jhanak: Huge rift Arshi claims Anirudh believes Jhanak as his wife and love

It seems Arshi and Anirudh are ready for their Suhaagraat without marriage.
When Anirudh takes Arshi to his room just to spend some time with her Arshi loses her cool.
