Sony Entertainment Televisions newbie show Pehredaar Piya Ki has been buzzing for all the wrong reasons since it started.

Couple of week ago there was a news about the show introducing a leap in order to get rid of all the backlash made the rounds and now news has surfaced that the leap was pre-planned…

The show lead actress Tejasswi Prakash Wayangkar has clarified this fact that the before the show started the cast were already informed about the leap.

Moreover she clarified that the leap was pre-planned which was meant to happen after 3 months and Afaan Khan’s parents were informed about the same.

Pehredaar Piya Ki storyline post leap

Coming back to the track it is now cleared that the show is going to take a leap.

The show will supposedly have a 12 years leap, after which the grown up Ratan will be shown returning from overseas post finishing his studies.

While Ratan will be shown as a young teenage, Diya will be shown as a pretty wife and adorable daughter-in-law...
