Star Plus show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai will showcase remarkable twist in the upcoming episode.
It was earlier seen that Kartik (Mohsin Kahn) discovers about Naksh’s (Rishi Dev) reality about his huge sacrifice for Naira.
Kartik thus distrusts Naira (Shivangi Joshi) as usual and breaks all ties with her.
Thus Naira decides to return to Singhania house for few days fed up with Kartik.
Moreover, Naira wants to make sure that Keerthi and Naksh’s married life is unaffected due to Kartik’s immature behaviour.

Naira will hence forth change her relation with Naksh and Keerthi.
Earlier Naira used to call Naksh as Bhai and Keerthi as Di, henceforth she will call them Jiju and Bhabhi.
