Aryan aka Shubham had always been searching for an opportunity to make family against Kartik and he gets one.

Manish had asked Kartik ti make presentation for a big business project and Kartik had done his best to make presentation.

While Aryan plays his game there and steals Kartik's presentation and deletes it from Kartik's record and thus plays his evil game.
