Kundali Bhagya: Karan (Dheeraj Dhoopar) and Preeta (Shraddha Arya) gets married by groom swap, Prithvi defeated 

The upcoming episode of Zee TV's popular daily soap Kundali Bhagya os gearing up for some interesting twist and drama.

Preeta and Prithvi's engagement and marriage had been fixed, Karan is shocked as he has strong doubt over Prithvi.
