The latest track of Kaisi Ye Yaariyan shows that Nandini (Niti tylor) heart is broken down to know about Manik (Parth samthaan) condition are very critical.
Nandini tries a lot to stop her meeting with Manik but she gets week after looking Manik in pain.
On the other hand Navya (Veebha Anand) who has also heartbroken after getting ditched by Harshad (Abhishek Malik) decides to go back her home Lucknow.
Nandini confess to navya that she loves Manik not Dhruv (Utkarsh Gupta).
Navya tells Nandini that she is doing mistake to choose Manik who always heart her (Nandini) feelings.
Furthermore Nandini gets happy when Dhruv informs her that Manik is completely fine now.
Dhruv gets surprise to see Nandini happiness and concern for Manik in different way.
