Happy ending of Rohit Sonakshi's love story with promising love date in hospital in Kahaan Hum Kahaan Tum

Popular TV series Kahaan Hum Kahaan Tum is bidding adieu to the fans and the viewers after a promising and successful run of the story.

The show is starring Karan V Grover and Dipika Kakar in lead roles of Rohit and Sonakshi.
