Star Plus longest running serial Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is up for pregnancy drama with step mother twist in Kartik and Sirat's life.
It seems Sirat faints and she is with the doctor when Kartik calls her to know about her health.
Kartik worries for Sirat who wants to care for her.
When Sirat says she is fine and learns from her doctor that she is pregnant.
Sirat turns very happy but Surekha spreads negativity in the house saying that Sirat will not love Kairav and Akshu the same way if she gets her own child.
Sirat is confused to continue with her pregnancy
Sirat overhears the same and she is much confused to give birth to her child with Kartik or no.
On the other side Kartik is completely unaware of his Father rights once more time.
