Kartik (Mohsin Khan) and Sirat (Shivangi Joshi) baby girl life in danger in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (YRKKH) TV serial
Star plus TV serial Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is going to see major twists and turns ahead in the upcoming storyline.
Sirat gives birth to a baby girl but the situation is not in her favor because the baby girl is premature and thus her life is in danger.
Kartik and the family get tensed for the baby but thanks to Akshu who signs Kairav to give her auspicious thread to the new baby girl.
Thus, the baby girl begins to show some improvement in her health.
And this is when the story heads for the generation leap of 18 years.

None other than Kairav will only take good care of his sisters Akshu and Aishwarya.
