The upcoming track of Star Plus popular serial Anupama will showcase heart-wrenching twist and turn.
It was earlier seen that Anupama rushes Anuj to the hospital where he is in critical condition.
Anupama asks a doctor to take care of Anuj and get him back to his senses.
Anupama calls KaKA but he does not answer the call and then she calls Samar who is also busy at work.
Hence Anupama left with no other option calls Vanraj to seek help and support.
Anupama says Anuj on the phone who is much in danger where Vanraj comes running to help Anupama.
Anupama feels all shattered seeing Anuj is lifeless state
Here Anupama is all shattered where she recalls time spent with Anuj and his love confession where he had a feeling that he will die and hence confessed his love.
Anupama learns about immense love from Anuj's and also has an answer for Anuj.
