Bhagya Lakshmi has managed to gain enough TRP to survive in the Zee TV channel. It has replaced one of the hit and illogical show Raabta. 

Neelam gets her Son Rishi Married to Lakshmi after knowing about his Markesh Dosh and after knowing that she is the only one who can save his Life. 

Rishi who was on love with Malishka maintains his affair with her shamelessly even after being Married to Lakshmi.

Lakshmi later gets to know the truth. Rishi is never gulity about his deeds.

However Rishi helps Lakshmi in saving Shalu and Lakshmi being the Woman without self respect, develops a soft corner for him. 

But then Malishka plays her trick and proves Lakshmi as the danger for Rishi to keep her away from him so that she can get Married to him. 

Lakshmi gets hurt

She threatens Lakshmi to sign the divorce papers because of which Rishi and Virendra along with the Family misunderstands her. 

The Judge asks both of them to stay together for sometime and Rishi decides to hurt her so that she herself leaves the house. 

In his anger, in order to hurt Lakshmi, he gets intimately close to Malishka in front of eyes making her shed tears of pain.
