Bade Achhe Lagte Hai2: Meera Maa turns defensive as Priya questions her

As seen, Priya is trying to find out Varun's past as he is connected to Shashi.
Priya wants to know if Varun was working for Mahendra as well.
However, as she questions Meera Maa about it, she gets defensive and starts to avoid the topic.
Moreover, she also stops Priya from doubting Varun and distracts her.
Flashback unfolds in a mysterious way
However, in flashback, it is shown how Mahendra threatens Meera to keep her mouth shut for her daughter's wellbeing.
Varun had been working with Mahendra but he warns Meera to keep it a secret as Varun is protecting Sara from shaming.
Meera does not want Priya to know Varun's truth as this would ruin Sara and Ishaan's future.
