Anupama: Romil gives reality check calls Malti Devi refugee exposes her real agenda

As per the ongoing track, it is seen how Anupama and Anuj are busy in Samar's case when here Malti Devi is slowly getting her grip on everything.
Now, she stops Romil from going out and starts questioning his whereabouts just like Anupama.
Triggered Romil gives a reality check to Malti Devi and calls her refugee when she taunts him for being extra in the house and while she is Anuj's mother, so she has a full right to question him.
