Jhanak has entered a new story arc in the ongoing episodes with the big leap of 5 years in the show. Jhanak and Anirudhha will be seen living their separate lives after their marriage got ruined because of Arshi’s intervention, leading Jhanak to leave Kolkata.

Jhanak has become a total country girl by leading her life in the village since the last 5 years when she was brought there by Parasar. The villagers’ attitude also have changed over time with everyone now following Jhanak’s leadership to do business and earn money.

The villagers made a huge fuss first when Parasar brought Jhanak with him and even questioned Jhanak’s character because of the baby that she had with her. Now, the villagers are dancing with Jhanak to celebrate their crops harvest which introduces the viewers to Jhanak’s changed life after 5 years have passed.

Jhanak has taught the women of the village how to read and write over the years which has made her a favourite of many people. Jhanak will be seen leading a community trade of the village where she manages the workers to sell their products to a dealer from another village.

Kanika still has a sour relationship with Jhanak and continues to taunt her at every given opportunity. Jhanak says that Kanika is still stuck with her bad attitude toward her, even though they have lived together in the same place for the last 5 years.

Jhanak will be seen leading a happy life with her daughter growing up over the last 5 years. Parasar and Jhanak are still not married to each other, but the story will start to shift with Parasar starting to have feelings for Jhanak. Is Jhanak satisfied with her life as a worker in the village? How will the villagers react after they meet Anirudhha and discover that he is Jhanak’s past lover?
