After the truth came out to Moon, Choti Jhanak made the journey back to her village.
But what no one expected was the huge shift in her heart. It seems Choti Jhanak has fallen head over heels in love with Rishi, and this newfound affection is leading her down a very dangerous path.
The Torn Paper Standoff
The real shocker comes when Rishi and Moon arrive in the village. Rishi, determined to move on, is ready to finalise his separation from Choti Jhanak.
He makes it crystal clear that he can no longer be with her and that he's eager to marry Moon as soon as possible.
With divorce papers in hand, he asks Choti Jhanak to sign them, expecting a quick resolution.
But in a move that leaves both Moon and Rishi utterly stunned, Choti Jhanak dramatically tears up the divorce papers.
She then drops a bombshell, declaring right in front of them both that she loves Rishi and has no intention of breaking this marriage.
Rishi, as you can imagine, is absolutely furious. He quickly reminds Choti Jhanak that their marriage means nothing to him and that he will not listen to her pleas.
He makes it emphatically clear that he will get his divorce, no matter what. Poor Choti Jhanak is left heartbroken and devastated by his harsh words.
All this unfolding drama is witnessed by her mother, Nootan, who tries to reason with her daughter. Nootan advises Choti Jhanak to reconsider, urging her to give Rishi the divorce because he clearly does not love her.
Her mother points out that even if Rishi were to accept her, he would never be able to keep her happy.
So, the big question on everyone's mind is: Will Choti Jhanak finally listen to her mother and free herself from this one-sided relationship, or will her love for Rishi lead to even more heartbreak?
