Star Plus’s newly launched show Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi Season 2 has been creating a lot of buzz since its first announcement, as the original show has an unmatched legacy in Indian television.
KSBKBT has been the number one show for over a decade, since it first aired on Star Plus in the 2000s, after which the rest was history, with endless plot twists and turns.
Ekta Kapoor has finally relaunched her most successful project with the highlight being Smriti Irani’s return to Indian television after many years for the same role which gave her endless fame.
Tulsi and the Viranis are back with their new chapter for the viewers and the family drama is just starting to get interesting with new characters added to the story.
Mihir and Tulsi are the main pillars of the Virani family along with Karan, Nandini, Shobha, Hemant, Gayatri, and Daksha who have returned to their old roles after a long gap.
New characters of this generation are also seen as the youngest heirs of the family who are Angad, Paridhi, and Ritik, termed as the adoptive children who are now seen as the future of the family.
The story shows the preparations for the 38th marriage anniversary celebration of Mihir and Tulsi in the Virani household along with the character introductions.
The family reunites with the members returning from outside for the party and the topic of past complexities also rises.
Gayatri notices Paridhi talking to someone on the phone secretly and wishes for something tragic to happen in the party where Tulsi and Mihir will be the focus of attention.
Paridhi brings up the topic of her not being the same as other children of the household because of the blood ties which will cause many problems in the upcoming story.
The anniversary party starts well, but will reach its peak with endless drama created by the family members and new plot points getting introduced to us in the following episodes.
