Anupam Rebels against Mandira giving wrong medicine to Mihir

Today's episode starts with Mandira recalling the moment when she found Mihir in the hospital after he had lost his memory. She made him believe that his name was Amar Sanghvi and that he was her husband. Mandira also recalls how she started giving him medicines that prevented his memory from returning.

Mandira brainwashed Mihir by telling him that his enemies were a family living in Mumbai and that they were responsible for his accident. Anupam argues with Mandira for giving Mihir an extra dose of medicine that could negatively affect his health, but Mandira refuses to listen because she does not want Mihir to regain his memories of Tulsi and the Virani family.

Tulsi calls the USA to inquire about Mihir's last known location and is surprised to learn that he was in Pennsylvania. Meanwhile, the Virani family gathers to celebrate Mihir's birthday. Tripti arrives with Mihir's photograph and smiles while noticing the difference between Karan and Adini. Karan recalls Tulsi's words about Tripti knowing the truth behind Parth's murder and possessing a video of the entire incident.

Anupam and Mandira argue over her obsession with Mihir. He warns her not to continue manipulating him. However, Mandira reminds Anupam that she once saved his life. Anupam replies that he is her brother, and saving him was her responsibility, not a great favour.

Mihir asks Mandira why he keeps fainting repeatedly and what they were discussing about Mumbai. Anupam becomes frustrated seeing Mandira continue to manipulate Mihir by telling him false stories about his accident in Mumbai.

Mihir suddenly recalls the name Manish Paliwal, but Mandira tries to make him rest instead of thinking about Mumbai. However, Mihir insists that they must contact him as he is fed up with fainting again and again. Mandira becomes reluctant due to Mihir's persistence.

Samaira praises the thepla and chutney cooked by Tulsi. Tulsi recalls how Mihir used to praise her cooking skills. Mr and Mrs Lalwani visit the house and meet Mihir. After tasting the thepla, Mihir tells them that he has eaten the same food before in his own house. Mandira becomes terrified, while Anupam is left stunned.
