Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi: Mihir (Amar Upadhyay) loses his cool as he hears insults toward his daughter Paridhi, another big fight between families
Star Plus’s show Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi has taken an interesting turn in the story with Mihir and Tulsi again facing a major parenting challenge in their journey.
Paridhi’s heart gets broken as Ranvijay whom she loved, refused to meet her parents in a formal meeting, indicating that he has never been serious about her from the start.
Mihir gets angry and even threatens to destroy the man but Paridhi and Tulsi calm him down after which they focus on comforting their daughter.
With the option of love marriage off the table, Mihir asks Paridhi if she is willing to meet the boy of his friend with whom he wishes her to get married.
Paridhi respects her father’s wishes and replies with a yes as she knows that her parents will never take a bad decision for her.
Mihir decides to cancel the new marriage alliance on the first meet
Tulsi also gets happy to see Mihir excited to invite her friend’s family over so that they can meet each other and have the marriage related talk.
However, the meeting does not go as planned with the unexpected bomb of stereotypes placed on Paridhi because she is a woman.
The mother of the boy asks Paridhi if she can cook and shames her over not knowing it properly, as Paridhi would need to be the main overlooker of the kitchen.
Mihir says that their daughter study and do jobs instead of cooking all day to which the lady denies having the same mentality in their household.
Mihir gets angry as the lady says that the ladies belong in the kitchen after which he says that they do not need to proceed with the arrangement if that is how they think they should treat their daughter-in-law.
With another big round of drama surrounding Paridhi’s marriage, the Virani family is stressed as they want their daughter to have a good life partner who loves and respects her equally.
Will Paridhi get married to this man after the first meeting disaster between the families?
