Kumkum Bhagya: Shivansh (Namik Paul) discovers that Prarthana (Pranali Rathod) is the reason behind Smita getting arrested for the food poisoning

Zee TV’s show Kumkum Bhagya’s upcoming story will become more complicated with Prarthana and Shivansh getting affected the most. Shivansh will unleash his anger on Prarthana after he finds out that she has a hand in Smita getting arrested by the police for the food poisoning case.

Prarthana and Gayatri come to the police station to free Priya from the attempted murder charges that have fallen on her during the reception party. After Smita also comes to the police station and starts to insult Prarthana as the main root cause of everything, Gayatri raises an important question, which diverts the police’s suspicion toward Smita.

Gayatri gives the statement about how it was Smita who first found out about the poison issue and warned others, which hints that Smita already knew about the poison from beforehand. Smita ends up getting arrested after she fails to satisfy the police with her answers which changes the case.

Raunak comes to Shivansh’s house in anger after finding out that Smita has been arrested for the poisoning case. Shivansh gets shocked himself with this unexpected news and finds it hard to get happy while his mother suffers inside jail. 

Shivansh holds Prarthana accountable for Smita's arrest

After a major fight between the two men, Raunak leaves the house with anger bubbling inside him. Shivansh finds Raunak’s phone lying on the floor and picks up Payal’s call, which gives Shivansh another shocking information to Shivansh.

Payal tells Raunak that it is Prarthana who is the one responsible for Smita getting arrested but Shivansh is the one who hears it and hangs up the call. After that call ends, Prarthana also returns home from outside and gets welcomed by Shivansh’s unexpected mood.

Shivansh blocks Prarthana’s way and asks her if she is the person who got Smita arrested while trying to get Priya out of police custody, which leaves Prarthana shocked.
