Karan has returned to the family to stay with Nandini and his kids which will start a new issue after Mihir makes a decision which offends Hemant very deeply.

Mihir announces that he is planning to give the main director position to Karan as he has decided to stay in India only from now on.

Hemant reminds Mihir that he had shortlisted his name for that position which he is now giving away to Karan without even discussing with Hemant once.

Mihir says that he changed his mind about the matter but the situation escalates very quickly with Gayatri fanning the flame by instigating Hemant.
