Shabbir Ahluwalia quits KumKum Bhagya to play a lead in Colors New Show
Kumkum Bhagya star Shabbir Ahluwalia is one of the popular actors in the TV industry.
Ekta Kapoor’s daily soap has managed to win the hearts of viewers with the chemistry of Abhi and Pragya in the show.
However, both Shabir and Sriti have been missing from the show for over months now.
Now it is being reported that the actor Shabbir Ahluwalia has bid the show goodbye.
Shabbir Ahluwalia quits Kumkum Bhagya
According to a report in Hindustan Times, Shabir, who has been the part of the show for 7 long years, has now quit it as he has decided to move ahead in his acting career. Reportedly, he has put down his papers after a mutual decision between the show maker and the actor. A source close to the development was quoted saying, “Shabir and Ekta (Kapoor, producer of the daily soap) are friends and remain cordial. Everything was done without any hassle. However, the network doesn’t intend to officially talk about their exit.”
Moreover, rumors are doing rounds about Shabbir Ahluwalia playing lead hero in a new show on Colors.
