Nayanika grows pensive when Ujjaini asks whether the lines Ishaan wrote in her scrapbook were meant for Nayanika or for her. Though Nayanika tries not to dwell on it, Ishaan's words linger in her mind. Suddenly, she receives a late-night call from Ishaan and complains about him disturbing her at such an hour. Ishaan admits he loves talking to her and confesses he sees depth in her eyes, which makes him believe she could be his true friend. Nayanika refuses, saying she cannot be friends with a celebrity.

Ishaan and Nayanika's Bond Takes Off

But Ishaan surprises her by insisting he cannot stop himself from feeling connected to her. Soon, they meet for a lunch date where Nayanika begins reflecting on what she has missed in life after her divorce having buried herself in responsibilities toward her daughter and family.
