Nayanika heartbreak before separation in Star Plus show Sairaab
The upcoming episode of Sairaab will show Nayanika suffering immense emotional turmoil after discovering that Ishaan has partial memory loss, in which he has forgotten her and all their shared memories.
Nayanika tries to convince herself that it is better not to remain in Ishaan's mind, as it will make it easier for everyone to move on. Yet deep inside, she is battling her emotions, having completely fallen in love with him and even confessed her love before all.
Furthermore, Ishaan's family decides to discharge him and take him back home. Bhishu Da tells Nayanika he wants her to stay with them, but she insists it is not possible and asks him to take care of Ishaan. Bhishu Da indirectly taunts Nayanika by addressing her as Dr. Nayanika instead of treating her like a daughter.

Nayanika grows restless upon hearing the news of Ishaan's discharge. She longs to spend more time with him, whether through check ups or casual conversations. However, Ishaan meets her only casually, as he has forgotten their bond, which makes Nayanika even more unsettled.
