It was earlier seen that Jhanak was feeling weak and giddy during the audition round where she has to visit the doctor. And shocking she learns the big twist of her life that she is pregnant. Anirudh and Jhanak had spent good time in Kashmir when they got intimate.

Anirudh was crying for Jhanak and wanted to spend his entire life with her when Jhanak wanted to keep self at bay but she too got carried away in his life. They both got intimate and the result is Jhanak is pregnant now.
