The upcoming episode of Sony Entertainment Television newbie show Dil Hi Toh Hai is gearing up for some interesting twist and drama.
Ritwik and Palak had their tashan moments, Palak is against Ritwik and also refuses to approve his medicine formula.
Palak is sure that the formula is yet not ready to go in the market but Ritwik uses his hook and crook to get the formula approved.
While now Ritwik's this formula takes toll over Dadi and gets her ill, Ritwik realise his mistake and how right Palak was.

Ritwik is shattered that his one step took toll over Dadi's health and may have had same effect over others.
