Kundali Bhagya: Karan Preeta restless to confess love Prithvi turns barrier
In the upcoming twist of ZEE TV popular show Kundali Bhagya loyal viewers will get to witness interesting twist as Karan (Dheeraj Dhooper) Preeta (Shraddha Arya) gets restless to confess love.
