As seen so far, Swaran gets busy celebrating Nakul's birthday with her friend, Kanwal who is at home faints and is rushed to the hospital.
Swaran learns about Kanwal's condition and her whole world has come down crashing as Kanwal has suffered a brain stroke.
Swaran fights to save Kanwal's life and she breaks down seeing Kanwal's condition.
In the upcoming track, Swaran struggles to put this news to Kanwal.
Swaran requests her sons to take them to the US
Post the surgery, there remains a huge threat to his life and the doctor tells Swaran that he will need a life-saving injection which needs to be given in a week's time.
The doctor further informs that the drug will be available only in the USA.
Swaran will also request her son if he can take them to the USA and take care of his father's medication in the USA.
