Star Plus's show Kabhi Kabhi Ittefaq Se was promoted as a light hearted and comedy show.

 Gungun and Anubhav who are poles apart are supposed to be getting Married where there is supposed to be comedy and nhok jhok between Anubhav and Gungun. 

Unfortunately the show has completely gone out of track after the entry of Maya, Gungun'd Mother who shakes hands with Akriti who loves Anubhav. 

Maya invites them to a Party and humiliates Kulshetras. Anubhav and the Family leaves from there with Akriti as she stays with them and supports them. 

Anubhav gets Engaged to Akriti

Kulshetras blame Gungun and change their colors like a Chameleon. They decided to get him Married to Akriti. Anubhav agrees and the Marriage gets fixed. 

Anubhav meets Gungun and humiliates her mocking her about her loneliness. He then gets engaged to Akriti. 

Gungun goes to Kashmir on a vacation with Rony and Friends where Rony troubles her to take revenge from her for the insult. 

Anubhav who has come there on a work saves Gungun. 

Well Dont you think it is an attempt to white wash Anubhav after the hatred he has been getting?
