Ishqbaaz: Anika falls ill, Shivaay to find Anika’s sister mystery (Upcoming Twist)

Shivaay (Nakuul Mehta) feels gulity seeing Anika (Surbhi Chandna) in high feaver in Ishqbaaz

The upcoming episode of Ishqbaaz will show that Shivaay throws Anika in swimming pool when she refuses to apologize from Tia.

Due to cold water, Anika gets unconscious and gets high fever which makes Shivaay panicked.

Shivaay brings Anika in his room and takes care of her seeing her murmuring in sleep.

Shivaay gives painkiller to Anika and is surprised hearing Anika murmuring as not to take her away.

Anika sees nightmare about getting separated from her sister but she gets wake up when Shivaay touches her head checking her fever.

Shivaay asks Anika as if she is fine which makes her surprised as firstly he himself torture her and scold he care about her.

Shivaay then asks Anika about what she is talking in her sleep but Aniak refuses to tell him anything.
