Destiny seems unwilling to let Nawab and Heer live happily together even after their marriage. Their wedding night is ruined by Gulaab, who openly challenges Nawab to face the harsh reality of life without surname and money. Nawab's world shatters when Heer is bitten by a snake, and the doctor demands 50,000 for the antivenom. Gulaab seizes the opportunity to humiliate them, offering help but reminding Nawab of his helpless condition without wealth. Nawab, however, refuses her aid, determined to save Heer at any cost.

Nawab puts his life in danger  to save Heer

As Heer begins suffocating due to the delay in treatment, Nawab risks his own life by entering a brutal boxing match against a powerful opponent. He is beaten mercilessly and collapses, while Heer lies almost on her deathbed. With Nawab unable to stand and Heer struggling to survive, their love story hangs by a thread. Yet Nawab's resolve to fight back for Heer's life proves his devotion and his capability to care for his wife.
