The episode starts with Naira and Kartik seeing each other and are happy.

Kartik and Naira hugs each other and here Naira tells Kartik that she wants to tell truth to him.

Kartik is shocked at this and here Naira unveils Vedika's truth that she has not donated kidney.

Kartik breaks all chords with Vedika and is ready to move ahead with Naira, while here Vedika gets a knife to threaten Kartik, Naira.

Vedika threatens to commit suicide and trap Kartik in it, while it was Naira's dream which breaks.
