The episode starts with Virat finding Samrat drinking alone and Virat tries to speak to him.

Samrat asks him to leave and holds his hand where he learns that he has a fever.

Virat says he is fine and he reminds Samrat about their old days.

Samrat asks Virat to take care as he is not keeping well and asks him to sleep.

Virat tells Samrat that till the time he could tell her about Pakhi it was too late.

Samrat questions Virat about telling Sayi that his marriage is just a deal and he is committed to Pakhi.

Meanwhile, Sayi receives Dr. Verma's call on Virat's phone where she learns that he is very sick.

Sayi is worried about learning Virat's health while he enters the room.

Sayi tries to check Virat's body temperature while he stops her asking her to remove her hand.

On the other hand, Sayi removes the medkit and asks Virat to take the medicine.
