Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Payaar Mein 2nd February 2023 written update Virat informs Chavans about the court notice

Episode begins with Sai explaining briefly about Vinu's case to the lawyer. He asks her about the equation of Pakhi and Vinu.

He also asks if Virat knew that Vinayak is his son while adopting him? Sai says no but they recently got to know about Vinu's identity.

Lawyer replies in this case he can't help Sai as Pakhi and Virat have already adopted Vinayak and raised him like his parents.

Vinayak will choose them not Sai. Sai gets shocked knowing that and says she can't stay away from her son and she will do every possible thing to get back her son.

She states about Pakhi's past crimes and the latter went to jail too.

Lawyer says on the basis of Pakhi's wrongdoings he can file a case which will help Sai get back her son.

Bhavani lashes out at Pakhi

Sai feels relieved and there Bhavani prepares special dish for Vinu and Ashwini teases her. Bhavani then gets furious at Pakhi when she enters the kitchen.

Bhavani asks her to leave as she doesn't want to see her after her attempt of separating Vinu from his family.

Pakhi gets upset and she goes to Virat to tell him that he won't let Sai come close to Vinayak.

Virat tells her to relax and later Sai calls Vinayak. Pakhi cuts the call saying Sai wont leave Vinu alone that easily.

Sai goes to pick Savi up from school and searches for Vinu. Savi says he didn't come to school. Sai gets disheartened.

Whereas, Vinayak spends some happy time with Chavans. Virat gets a letter and he sends Vinu to room.

He makes the shocking revelation to Chavans that Sai filed a case for Vinu's custody.
