Anupama 19th March 2023 written update Anuj vents out his frustration over Anupama

Episode begins with Anupama trying to talk to Anuj and says he has to talk to her. He can't torture himself like that.

He maybe angry with her but he should not forget himself because he is doing it. Anu chose Maya and they can't change the truth.

Anuj tries to avoid her but Anupama stops him saying if he has gone crazy. He breaks stuffs in his room saying yes he has gone mad and it's because of her.

Anuj says she has three children thus Anu's loss didn't bother her much but for him Anu is everything and he couldn't fight for her custody because of Anupama's mistake.

How can she just give up on Anu so easily. He says he feels suffocated around Anupama nowadays. Before he used to feel proud of her but now everything has changed.

Barkha tries to calm Anuj but in vain. Devika and Dheeraj arrive. They learn about Anuj's condition and how he is accusing Anupama for Anu's loss.

Devika and Dheeraj announce their marriage

Anupama breaks down hearing the accusations. Dheeraj tries to convince Anuj not to blame Anupama. He also informs Kapadias that he is getting married to Devika soon.

After hearing Anuj and Anupama's advise they thought about the same and finally decided to marry each other. Anuj says he is happy for them both and later Devika consoles Anupama.

Dheeraj also convinces Anuj to not think wrong about Anupama. Devika and Dheeraj talk about Holi celebration.

Barkha says it will be first Holi for Anuj and Anupama also for Pakhi and Adhik too.
