The current episode starts with Anuj opening Gurumaa’s file but just then Anu comes and takes him away.

Anupama tells all about her first meeting with Gurumaa and after all this, Gurumaa starts recalling everything from the past.

Finally, Gurumaa recalls everything and she even recalls what horrible things she did to Anupama.

Guruma is feeling guilty and so she folds her hands and apologizes to Anupama for being so evil to her and even after all this, she is helping her and getting her medical treatment.

Kinjal is taking care of Baa when everyone praises Dimpy for taking care of Pari very well.

Soon when Kavya goes for her sonography, here a big surprise to everyone, Baa asks Vanraj to take Kavya safely and bring her home with him only.

The Kapadias are having dinner when Pakhi plans Anuj’s grand birthday. Barkha is concerned if Malti Devi will harm anyone in the party. Anupama gets thinking.

Moving on, Anupama gets a picture of a child in Malti Devi’s file and so she shows the same to Malti.

The latter gets a flashback from the past where her husband takes responsibility of their son while she leaves with her ghungroo.

Malti Devi panics and Anupama tries to calm her down but all goes in vain.

Malti Devi fails to tell anything about her son.

Next morning, Anupama is packing gifts for Anuj when the latter comes and starts teasing her.

The duos have a playful time with each other and Anuj gets romantic with Anupama.
