Star Plus’s show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is heading toward an emotional storm as Abhir finally reaches a breaking point in his relationship with Kiara.

After trying again and again to win her trust and affection, Abhir realises that his efforts are only pushing Kiara further away.

Kiara's constant rejections leave him hurt, confused and tired, but what hurts him more is her silence.

Armaan and Abhira bring Kiara back home after searching for her for hours, hoping that things will calm down once she returns.

But Kiara refuses to speak to Abhir at all. Every attempt he makes to talk to her is met with distance.

Abhir sees how stressed Kiara already is in her pregnancy and decides that he can no longer add to her emotional burden.

In a heartbreaking moment, Abhir gathers the Poddar family and makes a quiet announcement. He says that he will step away from Kiara’s life for now.

Abhir tells the family that Kiara needs peace, not pressure, and that the baby must be surrounded by safety and love.

Abhir folds his hands and pleads with the family to take care of Kiara and the unborn child. His voice breaks as he says that he only wants the best for both of them, even if it means letting go of his own feelings.
