Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai has released a new promo for the upcoming big leap of 6 years in the story, which will change everything between the main leads. YRKKH has finalised its upcoming track, with the separation track taking place in the show after a big-time skip, after which the viewers will see a grown-up version of Pookie.

Armaan has been revealed to become a new person with a new identity, with Pookie staying with him and another new woman in his life. Armaan will have a new love interest in his life after the time skip, who will become Abhira’s replacement by taking care of Pookie as her real mother.

The promo shows Armaan doing the job of a radio RJ and enjoying his life when a photo of him and Abhira slips out of his notebook. Armaan tells himself that he can never allow his past to shadow the present of his daughter, after which he tears up the photo and throws away Abhira’s part.

On the other hand, Abhira is seen reminiscing about her past while watching a photo of herself, Armaan, and Pookie. Abhira asks herself why she had to get separated from her own child after getting her with so many difficulties on their way.

Abhira is seen wearing the mangalsutra in the promo, which shows that she still believes in her marriage with Armaan. However, Armaan has kept Abhira’s identity hidden from their daughter which can be seen as Pookie asks Armaan that she needs a mother for herself as her birthday gift.

Abhira requests a song for her daughter’s birthday, which makes Armaan emotional too as Pookie’s birthday is also on the same day. From the first look of the promo, it will be a major outrage among the fans to see Armaan being the person who separated Pookie from Abhira for so many years.

Is Abhira still waiting for her husband and daughter, even though six years have passed? How will Armaan ever face Abhira after what he has done to her in the past?
