YRKKH: Makers plan to introduce another generation leap

Star Plus’ longest running show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is one of the most iconic shows of the channel. The show has been aired for almost 2 decades with beautiful love stories based of responsibility and love and respect towards the elders of the house, the show is based on Marwari family living in Udaipur and the ups and down in their lives. Hina Khan and Karam Mehra were the lead of the show in the beginning and now Roh Purohit and Samridhi Shukla are playing the lad of the show as Armaan and Abhira.

It seems that Armaan and Abira’s story have failed to connect with the audience any longer as the show is doing very poorly in the game of TRP. The channel has also given notice to the maker of the show as they might pull the plug off from the show at any time. This show is one of the most ambitious projects of Rajan Shahi and he is not ready to leave this show and end the legacy.

If rumours are to be believed Rajan Shahi is making plans to introduce the fifth generation of the show. Rohot Purohit and Samridhi Shukla are going to exit the show and now the show will be based on Maira and Kaveri will be seen taking care of Maira after Armaan and Abhira’s exit.

The makers are looking for the new female and male lead of the show and also working on the new storyline that will be able to connect with the audience and grab their attention. Nothing has been confirmed by the makers but there are strong rumors about the same. Currently in the show Armaan and Abhira are living separate lives with Maira and Mukti.

Maira and Mukti will become good friend and finally bring Armaan and Abhira’s together and try to make them happy once again.
