Star Plus’s Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is gearing up for yet another dramatic twist that puts Armaan and Abhira’s decisions to the test.

While the family is finally finding small moments of peace, Gitanjali’s insecurities are all set to stir fresh chaos in the Poddar household.

The story picks up with Armaan and Abhira deciding to send Maira to school, wanting her to mingle with new friends and adjust to her life in a healthy environment.

Their decision comes from a place of care, as they believe Maira deserves a normal childhood despite all the turbulence around her.

However, Gitanjali does not share the same view. She warns Armaan that Maira will struggle to fit in among her classmates and insists that sending her to school is a mistake.

Armaan, however, firmly stands his ground. He makes it clear that he and Abhira have already taken the decision together and that Maira is slowly finding comfort in her new family.

Gitanjali to break her promise and interfere with Maira

This leaves Gitanjali deeply offended, as her words are dismissed right in front of everyone. But instead of stepping back, she decides to take matters into her own hands.

The next day, Armaan happily takes Maira to school for her special profession day, unaware that Gitanjali has planned something behind his back.

In a shocking turn of events, Gitanjali sneaks out of the house and reaches Maira’s school, posing as her mother. She tries to convince the authorities that she is Maira’s parent, hoping to take control of the situation.

But her plan doesn’t go as expected. Maira herself refuses to go along with the lie and makes it clear she does not accept Gitanjali’s claim.

This rejection not only embarrasses Gitanjali but also exposes her growing desperation to everyone around.

Will Gitanjali’s obsession create deeper rifts within the Poddar family? Or will Armaan and Abhira manage to protect Maira from these emotional manipulations?
