Maira Goes Silence After Slapping Incidence In Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai

In the long running and popular Star Plus show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, the storyline is becoming increasingly dramatic as Kabir and Maira's love story comes out in the open. Their relationship brings major changes to Armaan and Abhira's lives. While Abhira tries her best to handle the situation calmly, Armaan's impatience and anger only make matters worse.

As per the current track, Armaan loses his temper and slaps Maira after learning that Abhira suffered a panic attack because of Maira's actions. Maira is left heartbroken, as she never imagined her father could raise his hand on her. Following the incident, she also misunderstands Abhira, believing that Abhira failed to support her when she needed her the most.

Meanwhile, the family prepares for Ganpati Visarjan celebrations. During the festivities, Maira learns that Armaan injured his hand out of guilt and regret after slapping her. In a surprising move, Maira volunteers to carry Lord Ganesha's idol for the Visarjan ritual.

Maira's Sudden Change Worries Abhira

Maira performs the ritual with devotion, leaving the entire family happy and emotional. However, deep inside, she remains upset because her parents do not understand her feelings for Kabir. While the family is relieved to see Maira calm and composed, Abhira cannot shake off her doubts. She feels that Maira, who was earlier rebelling against them for Kabir, cannot change her behaviour so suddenly.

Now, the big question is whether Maira has decided to step back after seeing the tension her love story has created within the family, or if she will once again go against Armaan and Abhira for Kabir.
