Mehendi Twist Sparks Dhruv's First Love for Aarambhi in ZEE TV show Dr. Aarambhi
In the upcoming episode of Colors show Dr. Aarambhi, the Tandon family begins the celebration of Raj and Naira's mehendi function. Aarambhi is very happy as she herself prepares the mehendi and completes all the rituals with devotion.
Everyone dresses beautifully in green and white, making the scene festive and vibrant. However, before a new storm enters, a cute and loving moment unfolds between Dhruv and Aarambhi. While Aarambhi prepares mehendi for Naira, Dhruv unknowingly turns the fan towards her, causing the mehendi cones to scatter everywhere. Aarambhi becomes tense trying to collect them, and Dhruv realizes his mistake, joining her in gathering the cones. In the process, Aarambhi's mehendi accidentally gets applied on Dhruv's hand too. Both share an awkward moment, though Aarambhi quickly diverts the conversation.

Dhruv feels Aarambhi is pure and good-hearted, but his mission stops him from forming any relationship. Yet, when he notices the mehendi color on his hand turning dark, he suddenly begins to think softly about Aarambhi.
