Aarambhi's life has become completely a roller coaster. On one side, she is handling the problems created by her husband Vishwas, while Dhruv Chawla's entry also adds many challenges for her. She believes him to be her well-wisher, as he helped her when she needed God's help in saving her son Vihaan's life.

As per the current storyline of Dr. Aarambhi, Dhruv objects when Avantika and Vishwas fire Aarambhi from the hospital, accusing her of breaking the rules. Dhruv refuses to follow their decision and reinstates Aarambhi in the hospital.
