Kumkum Bhagya Latest News: Karan (Shakti Anand) and Preeta (Shraddha Arya) to enter the current storyline alongside Prarthana and Raunak
After the confirmation of Shraddha Arya coming back as Preeta, Shakti Anand is also set to make his comeback as Karan in Zee TV’s Kumkum Bhagya.
The main characters of Kundali Bhagya will be seen entering the current storyline of Kumkum Bhagya, which will certainly spice things up in the story.
Shakti Anand was seen playing the role of the male lead, Karan Luthra, who was played originally by Dheeraj Dhoopar, and later by Shakti Arora.
However, Kundali Bhagya went off-air by the end of 2024 after airing for over 7 years on Zee TV.
Fans were quite disappointed with the news of the show going off-air but Shraddha Arya had to take a maternity break to give birth at that time.
Shraddha Arya has given birth to beautiful twins and is now ready to come back as Preeta once again for the fans.
She shared with Zoom earlier that she is more than ready to dive into the television industry again, and there is no better chance than to continue her iconic role of Preeta.
Prarthana and Raunak to get helped by Karan and Preeta with their love story
It was rumoured that the makers of Kumkum Bhagya are trying to build a storyline with Preeta’s character getting reintroduced to the new viewers of the show.
Now, Shakti Anand is also joining Kumkum Bhagya with Shradhha Arya, indicating that both Karan and Preeta are going to be seen on-screen in Kumkum Bhagya.
The current Kumkum Bhagya serial is led by Pranali Rathod as the female lead, Prarthana, and Akshay Bindra as the male lead named Raunak.
However, Kumkum Bhagya is not been able to get good TRP despite the introduction of a new generation of actors, playing new roles.
Makers are seeing Shraddha Arya and Shakti Anand’s re-entry as a great opportunity to make the show popular among the viewers.
