The upcoming episode of Star Plus show Anupma bring an emotional turmoil in Prem and Rahi’s relationship which might make them apart forever.

As per the current track, Prem comes to share his pain to Prerna and she encourage him for restart. Prerna consoles Prem that she is with him every time whenever she needs of her.
