Anupama: Moti Baa puts pressure on Rahi to have baby

Anupama is based on a Gujrati family living in Ahmedabad. The show revolves around a middle aged woman who wants to achieve everything in life but is often pulled down by her own family and loved ones. After two failed marriages Anupama has still not given up and fights everyday to fill life on her own terms and conditions. She will try to give the same upbringing to her kids but all have different priorities in life. Rahi her adopted daughter has got married in a very family but wants to focus on her career and hence will try to compete her studies. Her in laws are not happy with her decision as they want a housewife for the family and not a woman who goes out and work.

Soon Moti Baa will be seen demanding Rahi to give her the heir of this family. Rahi will be seen reluctant as she wants to focus on her studies and later make her career and after the baby things are going to get difficult. Prem will also want to have a child but Rahi will avoid this question and Prem will stay silent.

However, Moti Baa is not going to allow Rahi to give her career more importance than her family. she will be seen making things difficult for Rahi as she doesn’t want Rahi to go out of the house and question her decisions. Moti Baa wants Rahi to stay in the house and look after her husband as rest of the family. Rahi on the other hand is like Anupama bold and independent and likes to live life on her own terms and conditions.

Things are going to become ugly between Rahi and Moti Baa as Moti Baa will try to manipulate rest of the family including Prem and Parag. Mahi on the other hand will start feeling insecure and decides to have a baby with Gautam as well.
